      What is the Action Center?

      What is the TaxPay Action Center and how does it help?

      The Action Center in the TaxPay application allows you to see any issues affecting any payments scheduled and provide options of how to reschedule payments.

      1. Payment Status - Informs you if the payment has failed and details the reason by hovering over the ℹ icon.

      2. Action Needed - Informs you as to what action will resolve the payment. 

      3. Action - Provides options to resolve the matter or dismiss the matter.
