Understanding Payment Statuses
When scheduling payments for clients there are a number of various states regarding Payment Statuses. We have definitions provided to better understand this process

Awaiting My Approval
After a payment is created, it must receive approval from the designated authority, such as an accountant manager or supervisor. In some cases, once the green light is giving, the payment becomes visible to the client for their approval or rejection.
Awaiting Client Approval
After a payment is created and approved by designated authority (firm, accountant, supervisor etc…) it must receive approval from the client before proceeding.
Payment Queued
The payment has been scheduled and approved by both the account and the client, and is now waiting to be processed.
