How to schedule a Reminder

Scheduling a reminder for a client who prefers to do payments on their own

1. Under the Dashboard tab, click the Clients tab. On the Manage Clients page click the pencil icon beside ✏️ Manage for the client you want to schedule the reminder for.

2. This will bring you to the Client's Information page. On this page click the Payments Schedule tab.

3. On the Payment Schedule page click 🟩 Add or 🟩 Add Series. A flyout will appear. Click the box under Reminder Only? Once clicked fill out the following information below and click Save.

4. Once saved, the client’s page will appear with the Reminder icons.
