How to Schedule a Provincial Payment

How to Schedule a Payment for Alberta and/or Quebec

 

  1. Navigate to the Payments Schedule tab for the selected client.

  2. Click Add (or Add Series for recurring).

  3. Select a corporate tax account tied to Alberta or Quebec.

  4. Choose Tax Sub Type: Amounts Owed

  5. Complete the rest of the payment form:

    • Tax Code (e.g., RC)
    • Source Bank Account
    • Payment Amount
    • Funding Pace (Regular/Express)
    • Due Date & Filing Period End Date
  6. Save the schedule

    The payment will follow the same audit, funding, and approval workflows as CRA corporate payments.
