How to Change an Email

How an email can be changed on TaxPay

1. Under Dashboard, click Clients, click the box beside the select preferred client.

2. On the Manage Client page click the little pencil icon beside ✏️ Manage next to the client’s email you want changed.

3. Activate the edit feature by clicking the little pencil icon ✏️ in the Email Address box. Edit the client's email. Once updated, click Save.

Please Note: For security reasons, a client’s bank account may have to be remove prior to updating of email.
