How can I remove a Client from TaxPay?

Deactivating Clients from TaxPay: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. From your dashboard or sidebar, locate and click on "Clients."

   

2. Your list of current clients will show and you can select which Client(s) you like to delete using the checkbox located on the left of the client’s Legal Name (1). Once selected, click “Delete Selected” (2).

   

3. You will be prompted with a confirmation, to prevent the case of accidental deletion. Select “YES” if you’d like to proceed.

   

4. Once confirmed the client will disappear from your list and only be viewable if the option “View Deactivated” is selected.
